Maya Abdominal Therapy
Gentle, focused massage on the belly, womb, and ovaries helps reposition the uterus (if needed) and increase blood and oxygen flow to your reproductive system. This can support hormone balance, uterine health, and greater vitality. You'll also learn self-care practices like vaginal steaming, castor oil packs, and abdominal self-massage to carry this healing into your daily life.
Myo-Fascial Release
This hands-on technique works with fascia—the body's connective tissue—to address scar tissue and inflammation in the pelvic area. It helps release restrictions and welcomes ease into your reproductive space.
Somatic Dialogue
Your body holds wisdom. In each session, we gently invite awareness of emotions—like sadness, grief, or hope—that may arise along the fertility path. Through visualization, breathwork, and gentle movement, you are guided to meet these feelings with curiosity and compassion. Together, we create space for healing after loss, months of disappointment, or simply the weariness from trying. The goal is to help you trust your body again.
Rekindling Intimacy
The fertility process can be hard on relationships and intimacy. Whether you’re just beginning or feeling weighed down by scheduled attempts, you’re invited to reconnect with conscious conception. I offer playful practices (for solo exploration or with your partner) to help you rediscover joy, connection, and pleasure on your journey.

Important Booking Notes
When to Book: If trying to conceive, come in after your period ends but before ovulation. Considering conception soon? You're welcome anytime except during menstruation. For assisted fertility cycles, book any time except during active bleeding or after embryo transfer.
When to Wait: Please postpone if you have an active infection, an IUD, are on your period, or are post-ovulation and actively trying.
Your First Visit
We'll spend time reviewing your health history and fertility story. I'll teach you self-care techniques (vaginal steaming, castor oil packs, self-massage) and assess uterine position. Hands-on abdominal massage may require a follow-up visit. For best results, I highly recommend scheduling at least two sessions to allow the full benefits of this nurturing work to unfold.
